Manual bottle rotating air washing machines with high washing performance operable for long hours without tiring the operators

Automatically inserts a nozzle into bottles, blows air, and vacuums up the air while rotating the bottles, thus demonstrating a high washing effect on bottles with complicated designs.


			Incorporates a washing head, the angle of which can be freely adjusted for the operator, and a handle that can adjust the height of the head with ease, thus allowing the operator to stand or sit and work in an optimum posture according to the height of the operator.

			Washing time settings are made with a timer, and an indicator lamp tells the completion of washing.

			A compact frame incorporating an air washing filter, suction blower, exhaust gas filter, and electrostatic remover.

			Accommodates all the wiring and piping internally, thus providing a streamlined appearance and a substantially clean environment of washing work.

			Incorporates casters, thus moving to desired places with ease.

Incorporates a newly developed subminiature bottle washing head and cantilever swing mechanism in addition to the basis specifications of the WS-2SF, thus exactly fitting existing equipment such as tube filling machines.


			The washing head swings, thus allowing the operator to sit, put the operator's legs under the washing head, and work in a very natural posture.

			Incorporates an optical sensor to start washing containers so that soft containers, such as tubes, will not be pressed in excess or deformed.

			The upper part of the main frame incorporates a flat table where containers and casings can be located, thus ensuring the effective use of space.
