Continuous Pressurized Belt-type Cap Inserter
Incorporates an upper belt, which rotates at the same speed as that of products transferred, gradually press fits inner caps into the openings of the products. The WD-2V is highly effective for the press fitting of inner caps and external caps into wide-mouth bottles where residual air is apt to remain and press back the caps.
Immediately supports the changeover of types and new products by height adjustments to the cap insertion belt only.
Incorporates a compact self-sustainable frame provided with a support bracket for the conveyor, thus making it possible to use conveyors with low strength.
Incorporates casters, thus moving to desired places with ease.
WD-2T
Instant Stop Air-type Cap Inserter
Incorporates a conveyor, side belt, and air cylinder so that the side belt will separate the products on the conveyor and position the products, when the air cylinder will plug inner caps into the products, thus making it possible to press fit inner caps including sharp nozzle-shaped caps without crushing the tips.
Height adjustments to the cap inserter head and width adjustments to the side belt make it possible to support the changeover of types and new products.
Incorporates a compact self-sustainable frame provided with a cap inserter head and side belt, thus making it possible to start press fitting inner caps immediately after moving the WD-2T to the desired site with the provided casters and locating the WD-2T between the upstream and downstream
